My account was banned for cheats/hacks. I have requested appeals and have yet to receive anything other than an auto-response.
I have asked for this to be investigated because I know I have done nothing wrong. I use no scripts, bots, or programs, only addons that we all use for raiding and UI from Curse Forge. I have had this account, and only this account, for almost 15 years. I have worked very hard and spent a lot of money on this game that I love to play.
I am sure this is some kind of mistake but I also feel it is wrong to be treated this way. If you look into my gameplay and transaction history, I have been very active, but only in working for myself and my guild.
Please let me know if this can be fixed. I want to return to my friends and my game as soon as possible.

So, my account got closed for some reason, I think it is because I used some unwise tool I found on Discord. The tool did not give me any advantages in any way, I used it at most for 30 minutes.
I made support tickets, but all I get are what I hope are bot replies, as otherwise, your 'GM's' should really get some training on how to be friendly and helpful, or at least care. I played WoW for more than 15 years, my account is Oblivion#2258 (Europe).
I'm trying all possible ways to get a proper response from a humane person. I hope this does not end up on yet another botted pile!

Preferred solution: my account back, or a *** full refund for the 15 years I spend paying for all sorts of stuff

You people keep falling for the trap of lies that these kids keep feeding you in reports. And instead of going after the bad folks or hackers in your game.
You attack me and ban me and basically take away my lifes work. I spent so much time on your game its crazy! And not to mention all the money I spent, which now is all gone and down the drain because you money hungry frauds banned me!
Now unban the account or I will find a way to take legal actions on you to get it all back. Im not even joking, I will find a way.

I was playing competitive 2-3 days ago and I qued up for a second match then my puppy got into some trash so I got pulled away(I know this is my fault) and got an inactive kick from the game and I understand a small penalty but this is my first offense this season and I havent played since season 3 or 4 so I dont understand why I am still banned from competitive after it being days after could you please explain why and give me a way to fix it or did i just waste money and get scammed out of stuff because of 1 inactive kick like what

The phone number listed is only for data protection in the state of California. There isn't a way for US customers to reach customer service. Both live chat and call back options are no longer available on the site or app.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Blizzard didn't respond but issue just went away and magic button appeared to fix it
Blizzard never emailed or answered supportt ticket. They did same with other players with same issue.
There was a glitch fix that showed up after they got your message, other players told me what to look for.
So finally resolved, but very dissatisfied with their service. They use to be great.
Mennen Chambers#1410 Battletag is stuck in an inn saying she is mounted, but she is on a chair. I can't move her at all. She just got to level 80, my main.

My phone number is 236886****. I logged into Diablo 4 and have no character or purchased items from the game.
I used lady_sophia@***.ca. My other account, which I believe is linked to thelady_sophia@***.com. I have a new phone number, 236885****, and cannot change it.
The old number ended in 95. I have not played Diablo 4 since Oct 17, 2023.

I have Game Pass for my PC- and I decided to try out Diablo! I played for 20 levels (me and a friend had a great time playing), and it told me I needed to pay for the full amount.
Which is odd- as I have Game Pass, right? So I check out my account, and it looks like my Battle.net account is not connected to my Game Pass account. That's fine- there's an easy way to connect the two on the battle.net site.
Except, it doesn't work!
I get an error code that asks me to try again, but it doesn't work.
So, I contact support. Eventually, after much back and forth (I keep having to explain the problem to new reps, who give irrelevant/unhelpful advice and are generally condescending), we find out that Blizzard connected my Game Pass account to some random internal email because I played the original Overwatch on my Xbox back in 2016 (think 468219@***.battle.net), so I can't connect my current account to my Game Pass.
Customer service then tells me I need to access this email to unlink it- except I can't, because this email doesn't really exist except in some back-server room of Blizzard's, and customer service refuses to do anything.

Preferred solution: Access to my game.

You know what, I think you're making fun of people, I didn't receive any rewards on any account and you write that it's only assigned to one account, I don't want to swear and it's slowly irritating me and you keep writing that the rewards are only for one account, nice about the rewards from On August 18, I paid and did not receive the purchased item

After updating to Sequoia 15.0 on my Mac, the battlenet home screen says it cannot connect to Battlenet and keeps trying continuously, but never successds. Have used the Battlenet help screens and performed the recommended steps, to no avail.
Battle.net online support is non-existent and there is no phone support to get help. There are no options to submit a ticket anymore, just running thru multiple options to no avail.
Only support is to pay a separate service to troubleshoot the issue at an additional $46/mo. If I can't resolve this sometime this week, I will just cancel the Battlenet account.
User's recommendation: Complain to Battlenet to get them to provide a functional support service.
Resolved: Account recovery
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I proved the account was mine and got my email changed.
Somehow my password on my account got changed, been reaching out for two weeks and have gotten zero help. I've sent them very specific information about my account and characters and still can't get any help.
I've had this account for 20+ years.
I wish I would have updated the email and contact info on the account. I'm homeless and have one phone, no bank account, no access to alot of information that would help me.
Billing
I can't reach anyone to speak to about a billing issue. I have (2) charges of $89.99 and (1) charge of $155.88 for world of warcraft for the Xbox.
World of warcraft doesn't even work on xbox. I need to speech with someone please.
