My wife is trying to get back into her account, but no longer has her authenticator. She had done the ticketing thing and received no response.
The customer service number from the site is useless; they are rude and just hang up on people without any help. At this time, I am ready to cancel my account and inform all Military Veterans like myself to boycott Blizzard altogether. You would think a big gaming company like Blizzard would care some. All we want is some help getting back into her account.
It should not take more than a day to get an email for help. Also, the live customer service people should not be rude.
Preferred solution: I would just like to get some real persons back to help with account issues, cause the email *** dont work

I was able to finally contact them and they provided a list of mostly impossible stuff since I had played without spending money on their free games and when I suggested a compromise of something else they completely ignored me and a week later closed the problem thing and did absolutely nothing
So, I forgot my password and I can't use my authenticator since it was on an old, broken phone. It is also linked with a different phone number, so I cannot do anything. I have been going around in circles for the last hour and I just need a real person to talk to.

My physical authenticator died. I have played WoW for almost 20 years, so it was understandable that the battery would die.
I removed the authenticator and switched to the authenticator app. However, my old phone did not support the app properly. I would get the code, but there were no buttons to approve or verify. I contacted the company for assistance, but there were no humans to be reached.
I tried everything. Finally, I received an email on December 15th. I answered all the questions and sent them back, but received no response all week. Today, December 21st, I received a new email that was identical to the one sent last Saturday.
I answered the questions again, and responded ten times from the new email, and ten times from the old email. Surely, someone has to see something! I am ready to quit this mess and invest in another game. In the past, you could call the 1-800 number and wait on hold for a customer support representative.
That was when the creators of the game were still in charge and genuinely cared about quality and their subscribers.
They loved their game. It's sad that the situation has deteriorated to this point.

Preferred solution: Well, I would like resolution. I would like access to my account. I want to be refunded the time I was charged for that I cannot play on the game.

I bought call of duty black ops 6, installed it, and it will not let me into the game, it keeps giving me the window 8 error, cant get a hold of anyone to talk to. Just trying to reach someone to figure out how to play the game.

The lag has gotten 2 of my Characters on Hardcore killed and want them back this shouldnt be happening i have great wifi and no other game has lagged the bug needs fixed it all started after the updat and other players have had the same issue Diablo 4

I have not received any feedback from this company since I placed an order for a t-shirt on December 9th, 2024. After I purchased the shirt, I received an order number in my email, but no one has contacted me about a tracking number or delivery date. I cannot tell you how many times I have emailed and received no response!

I purchased the digital version of Diablo on 7/16/2024, but the game goes to a black screen after watching the opening movie, rendering it unplayable. I sought solutions from the forums and tried the recommendations on the Blizzard websites, but had no luck, so I opened a support ticket.
In the support ticket, I was told to try the methods I had already tried, and then to search the forums for a fix or ask someone like a technician. I was blown away by the immediate negligence. Most game companies would at least try and talk to you and work out the problem before giving basically an automated response and saying good luck. So, I tried calling them but this phone number is for DATA PRIVACY requests.
I left a message and heard nothing. I've also been in a back-and-forth correspondence with Blizzard via support tickets and it feels like they're just giving me the runaround. One reply told me the purchase was too old to be refunded. I bought the game just six days ago and opened a support ticket the very next day.
I am very ashamed to have been a customer of Blizzard since 2000, and now frankly, I wish I wasn't. At least in the early 2000s, you could get someone on the phone who would actively work out your problems.

Pissed cant get on my battlenet or wow been since August .a whole yr of service gone now and have to start all over with buying the game and the subscription on top of the hours put in the game and when u need help they are giving u a massive turn around ,,bots that answer the call that are giving us info on *** we dont need to here not one thing related to gaming or ur account all data plans this and data that what no no no let me talk to sombody that can at least tell me that they cant help me or dont feel like helping me shooott..thank you merry Christmas

Players report my account out of frustration because I'm a better player. I've been reported for cheating (which I don't do) and reported for abusive chat (which I also don't participate in).
Other players in this game have actually called me the N-word in public chat (hard-er) and have not been suspended or banned.
So, why am I? Not to mention, I've just purchased the battle pass and now they refuse my refund.

Still as before. I cant log into my account. They will not remove authenticator do I can login.
Blizzard won't let me log into my account. I can't now because an authenticator is blocking it.
I forgot to remove it when I moved back to my country. Blizzard is claiming that my account belongs to my deceased Thai wife since I used her first name in my account: thaiwifename#6490 (like this). The email I use to log in with is mine (I have used this email for at least 15 years) and my bank pays for it every month. They want my money but will not let me log in.
It's even my main email for all things online. Even my phone is logged in with the same email, and my PC, too.
Preferred solution: I want to log into my account!

I want to recover my Diablo account and log into Diablo. I've paid for it for the past four years and I'm not willing to pay again, it's ridiculous.
I already paid for it four years ago and spent a substantial amount of money on it, playing Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. I should be able to log into my account, this is absurd.

I played Diablo four on the PlayStation 4 console. I completed the main quest line, however, they did not reward me with the Mount Dark Leopard or its armor.

Hello,
I'm trying to log into my Battle.Net account, but there are a couple of issues:
1. I can't remember my password.
2. The mobile number I have on that account is different from the current one I have now.
3. I've lost my authenticator.
I've tried using Battle.Net customer support, but every option requires me to send an authenticator code, which I cannot do because I've lost my authenticator.
I just tried talking with some tech support person through window chat who said they would connect me with a Battle.Net technician, then linked me a form to fill out and send money to. I tried this, but my bank suspects it might be fraud.
I'm in Australia. I've also tried calling US Blizzard, but I can't figure out how to call out of the country. The numbers, code area, etc. do not seem to work.
Please help.
