I understand not being able to change your security protocols for everyone and every situation. However, battle.net discontinued the Authenticator app I was using, and now when I try to get into my account, it keeps on wanting me to go through the Authenticator app.

I no longer have the app linked on my phone, so it keeps on giving me a code for the app and telling me I need to verify my identity and account through the Authenticator. So I tried to get it to let me in by phone, text, and email, still no luck. So I have contacted Blizzard, and they have told me they need transaction IDs on some stuff I have bought; however, the last bunch of stuff I have purchased was bought on Cash App. So I contacted Cash App, and the representative told me that for the transactions I was needing, there were no transaction IDs listed; they only could see the same information I was seeing.

So I go back to Blizzard, I gave them the only info I had, and that was when it was ordered, order number, date and time it was ordered, and the last four digits of the card used. This was not good enough; they still want the serial number of the Authenticator app used. A physical one or digital one, what is that? How can I find that serial number?

No one seems to know. Please help me if you can to convince them to let me in by removing the Authenticator verification and allow me to verify the account in a different way within their process.

I tried to buy it with a debit the first day thought Mabey the servers are down and again on the second day tried to put in a tick which gave me a list of so called trouble shooting solutions which none of them helped on the third day I thought Mabey it's the card even though it was and has been working fine so I got battle. Net bucks to purchase the game and then I got a message saying please in a roundabout way check your bank card info and call your bank even though I was paying with that store specific store currency the whole reason I'm upset is because there was a sale on the game and I was able to buy the game during the sale because there store had a bug and now I have to look at 20 dollar of battle bucks everyday as a reminder the games on there don't go on sale all that often and when do which it's the only place you can buy Warcraft 3 reforged and they don't have a way to get a hold of a person it has been shut down you just get 3 lairs of ai that send you to trouble shooting pages that don't work they are one of the big video game company and it somehow seems unprofessional.

Or they just don't care. It reminds me of the south park cable company episode look it up if you don't get the reference on YouTube it's pop right up

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding the recent permanent ban on my Overwatch account, which I have had since 2018. I have been a loyal customer for years, consistently purchasing every battle pass and supporting the game.

The reason for the ban is stated as 'toxic behavior,' but I believe this action is due to a hacking incident on my PlayStation account, which also granted the hacker access to my Overwatch account. I did not engage in any of the actions that led to this decision, and I am deeply concerned that my account has been penalized for something beyond my control.

I take this situation seriously and have since secured my PlayStation account to prevent any further unauthorized access. I kindly request a review of my Overwatch account and any activity associated with it. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter and continue being a part of the Overwatch community.
