My wife is trying to get back into her account, but no longer has her authenticator. She had done the ticketing thing and received no response.
The customer service number from the site is useless; they are rude and just hang up on people without any help. At this time, I am ready to cancel my account and inform all Military Veterans like myself to boycott Blizzard altogether. You would think a big gaming company like Blizzard would care some. All we want is some help getting back into her account.
It should not take more than a day to get an email for help. Also, the live customer service people should not be rude.
Preferred solution: I would just like to get some real persons back to help with account issues, cause the email *** dont work

My account was hacked, and they removed my password, email, Steam account, PlayStation account, and phone number. However, I have email proof that they obtained it.

The game froze because of the update today, October 29, around 9 PM, El Paso, TX. My characters didn't move then all the monsters killed me. Come on.

Every time I try to link my account to my Diablo: Immortal profile, I click Log-In, and it opens up a broken link in my web browser. On another note: Great selection of products.
Poor customer service. There are too many flaws with customer support and service when it comes down to the request of trying to remedy an issue. The response time is very late considering the submission of requested assistance. Finally, since I have the floor to be able to bring this ridiculous issue to light, I'll take this opportunity to add one last issue that really grinds my gears - My childhood friend and I live in two different cities nowadays, and we often use the gameplay platform of Diablo: Immortal.
Side note: Which, by the way, is a great game! Diablo: Immortal, along with all the other Diablo games! I'm now 34 years old, and have been a huge fan and have been playing since the release day of the first Diablo game. The issue that I wanted to bring to light has to do with the friend that I mentioned.
We were in the middle of a game the other day, and out of nowhere, his account gets banned, and for absolutely no reason! I was with him the whole time, and I knew everything that he was doing on his end of his tablet, and there was no just reason for his account to be banned. Since he and I live so far away from each other now, being able to sign on and start a game, and being able to create a party while we chat as we play. Well, that's just about the closest way we are able to hang out, and now that this luxury has been taken away from us, it's incredibly disappointing!
Even though my friend has not asked me to voice this issue to customer service, I'm taking it upon myself to inform you all of this ridiculous and uncalled-for banning of his account.
He and I would both greatly appreciate it if you would reinstate his account, so that we can continue to play together. I will give you his user handle below: SpellCheck#11285

My physical authenticator died. I have played WoW for almost 20 years, so it was understandable that the battery would die.
I removed the authenticator and switched to the authenticator app. However, my old phone did not support the app properly. I would get the code, but there were no buttons to approve or verify. I contacted the company for assistance, but there were no humans to be reached.
I tried everything. Finally, I received an email on December 15th. I answered all the questions and sent them back, but received no response all week. Today, December 21st, I received a new email that was identical to the one sent last Saturday.
I answered the questions again, and responded ten times from the new email, and ten times from the old email. Surely, someone has to see something! I am ready to quit this mess and invest in another game. In the past, you could call the 1-800 number and wait on hold for a customer support representative.
That was when the creators of the game were still in charge and genuinely cared about quality and their subscribers.
They loved their game. It's sad that the situation has deteriorated to this point.

On monday the 5th i recieved a suspension from Blizzard Entertainment, telling me i was banned from World of Warcraft due to a violation: Abusive Chat.
This incident occured shortly after advertising for selling Goldthorn from the horde faction to the alliance. I have since then made an appeal to have a GM look into the matter, as i believe i have been maliciously targeted from people not wanting my advertisement.
After recieving the ban, i explained in my appeal, that i have two screenshots - one containing a warning shortly after making the first advertisement and the second is from an ingame GM explaining that Blizzard will not ban me without proper cause and definately not without taking a closer look at the matter at hand.
Needless to say, i have now been banned, requesting a thorough explanation of how this came to be.
The only response i have gotten so far, has been an automated response looking like this:

I have made several attempts to promp a response from Blizzard entertainment, linking several souces that point out that this report system could potentially be abused, along with blue posts stating that selling cross faction and advertising for this, is in fact not in violation in the terms of agreement upon playing their game.
I am yet to look foward to a proper response from Blizzard, which is the reason i am trying to reach out through this medium.
I sincerely look forward to a reply, as i am flabbergasted by the fact i could recieve a ban so lightly and without having anyone to make sure the ban is justified. Especially with the new release of Phase 2 in season of discovery - as i am in charge of my guild, it not only puts things on hold for me, but also impedes my guild.
I wholeheartedly hope that you can help

I purchased the digital version of Diablo on 7/16/2024, but the game goes to a black screen after watching the opening movie, rendering it unplayable. I sought solutions from the forums and tried the recommendations on the Blizzard websites, but had no luck, so I opened a support ticket.
In the support ticket, I was told to try the methods I had already tried, and then to search the forums for a fix or ask someone like a technician. I was blown away by the immediate negligence. Most game companies would at least try and talk to you and work out the problem before giving basically an automated response and saying good luck. So, I tried calling them but this phone number is for DATA PRIVACY requests.
I left a message and heard nothing. I've also been in a back-and-forth correspondence with Blizzard via support tickets and it feels like they're just giving me the runaround. One reply told me the purchase was too old to be refunded. I bought the game just six days ago and opened a support ticket the very next day.
I am very ashamed to have been a customer of Blizzard since 2000, and now frankly, I wish I wasn't. At least in the early 2000s, you could get someone on the phone who would actively work out your problems.

Players report my account out of frustration because I'm a better player. I've been reported for cheating (which I don't do) and reported for abusive chat (which I also don't participate in).
Other players in this game have actually called me the N-word in public chat (hard-er) and have not been suspended or banned.
So, why am I? Not to mention, I've just purchased the battle pass and now they refuse my refund.

I want to recover my Diablo account and log into Diablo. I've paid for it for the past four years and I'm not willing to pay again, it's ridiculous.
I already paid for it four years ago and spent a substantial amount of money on it, playing Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. I should be able to log into my account, this is absurd.

Blizzard won't let me log into my account. I can't now because an authenticator is blocking it.
I forgot to remove it when I moved back to my country. Blizzard is claiming that my account belongs to my deceased Thai wife since I used her first name in my account: thaiwifename#6490 (like this). The email I use to log in with is mine (I have used this email for at least 15 years) and my bank pays for it every month. They want my money but will not let me log in.
It's even my main email for all things online. Even my phone is logged in with the same email, and my PC, too.
Preferred solution: I want to log into my account!

Happened to me as well, if you submit tickets to get help they start referencing other games. I never bought Diable IV because the state of their games had been horrible since Activision took over.
I just wanted to play the Classic experience, which they ruined some of the more fun aspects of as well. Went up against a premade in a BG and got a few flag caps so i got mass reported and when I tried to get help they are now telling me they'll take more drastic action if I submit another ticket. The other tickets LITERALLY say to if I feel my concern wasn't addressed.
It's been like 15 tickets and they haven't even acknowledged any question or comment I made. Horrible customer service, worst I've ever experienced and I have Comcast.
After reading many reviews for Blizzard here on this site, I've decided that maybe we, the victims of Blizzard Staff Members, should stand together and make a difference. I have been playing WoW since Vanilla, and Hearthstone since the day it launched.
I have put countless amounts of money into their games, including their D III and DIV, which the latter was ungodly expensive. They don't care about their players and that's the problem. Until we stand together against this disrespectful treatment, nothing will change. I think that maybe we should start by simply boycotting Blizzard games in it's entirety, and if that doesn't work, we make our next plan.
I'm Ryn, by the way, and I would love to stand together with you to right the wrongs that Blizzard has done to ALL of their players. They have nothing without us.

So, let me just say that I'm sorry that they have done this to you, and I sincerely hope that they fix their mistake and get you back into the game. I am, also, about to submit my own review about Blizzard about their Hearthstone game.
The latest expansion just hit and when I logged in, I found out that some of my cards were gone, and I don't mean wild, I mean they were stolen from me by the developers of Hearthstone. Legendaries I've either earned through countless amounts of money for packs, expansion pre-purchases, or sacrificing other minions for dust to craft them. Needless to say, this needs to stop. I saw there was another post above yours that was talking about a class-action lawsuit, and I'm starting to think that we victims of Blizzard staff members, should pull together and petition a boycott of Blizzard.
If that doesn't work, we can go even further. But, I'm tired of being pushed around.
I've played WoW since Vanilla and Hearthstone since it launched, and have never felt respected as a player, even when WE are the ones putting money into their pockets. It's time to take a stand.
