On monday the 5th i recieved a suspension from Blizzard Entertainment, telling me i was banned from World of Warcraft due to a violation: Abusive Chat.
This incident occured shortly after advertising for selling Goldthorn from the horde faction to the alliance. I have since then made an appeal to have a GM look into the matter, as i believe i have been maliciously targeted from people not wanting my advertisement.
After recieving the ban, i explained in my appeal, that i have two screenshots - one containing a warning shortly after making the first advertisement and the second is from an ingame GM explaining that Blizzard will not ban me without proper cause and definately not without taking a closer look at the matter at hand.
Needless to say, i have now been banned, requesting a thorough explanation of how this came to be.
The only response i have gotten so far, has been an automated response looking like this:

I have made several attempts to promp a response from Blizzard entertainment, linking several souces that point out that this report system could potentially be abused, along with blue posts stating that selling cross faction and advertising for this, is in fact not in violation in the terms of agreement upon playing their game.
I am yet to look foward to a proper response from Blizzard, which is the reason i am trying to reach out through this medium.
I sincerely look forward to a reply, as i am flabbergasted by the fact i could recieve a ban so lightly and without having anyone to make sure the ban is justified. Especially with the new release of Phase 2 in season of discovery - as i am in charge of my guild, it not only puts things on hold for me, but also impedes my guild.
I wholeheartedly hope that you can help

I can’t do anything on battle net I can’t even see my account
I was playing about four nights ago maybe five and there was a cyber threat warning, and all of a sudden I was kicked off of my game, and I am not able to log in. I have put in code after code.
I have downloaded the authorizer this would be my roughly my fort time buying the game to play on PC and I will not buy this game again I am tired of this hassle to play a game. I have changed account accounts, roughly 3 to 4 times and I am highly disappointed in. Its showing that I am off-line, but the play bar is showing that I am playing the game, it says I am entering wrong codes, invalid codes, and the only thing I tried to do technically is change my phone number to a new number because I lost my old phone and I have tried to enter my new number so I could get a code through SMS but was told to do authorizer did authorizer on PC plus on cell phone, new cell phone and between the PC and the cell phone.
It is reading invalid codes also like I said, it is showing that I am playing the game which I am not obviously, or I would not be getting a hold of you and it shows I am off-line telling me I have to be online to play game, so Im guessing I was hacked and I would like to resolve this issue because I am the legit owner of Jason 810

I was harassed in a game called Overwatch 2, you may have hear of it. A player by the name of "RifleInMyAss" started the match by asking if my *** is tight in all chat (meaning everyone in the game [10 people] could see).
My significant other (SlyVulpes) promptly stuck up for me because that is disgusting and no one should be asked that. Rifle received no punishment whatsoever, and we know this because when you report someone on overwatch, youll be notified the next time you open the game if theyve been banned or muted or punished at all. No notification.
Meanwhile SlyVulpes got PERMANENTLY BANNED even though he was sticking up against bullying and harassment. This is absolutely ridiculous and we are disgusted, and morally outraged.
TLDR: *** gets no punishment while someone sticking up against it gets banned.

Preferred solution: Reversal of the ban on SlyVulpes’ overwatch account. Termination of “RifleInMyAss” Overwatch account.

I am writing to appeal the permanent ban that was issued to my account on 01.02.2024 due to toxic behavior in chat. I understand that my actions were unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption or harm I may have caused to the Overwatch 2 community.
Upon reflection, I recognize that my behavior was not in line with the values of sportsmanship and respect that Overwatch 2 aims to promote.
