I played Diablo four on the PlayStation 4 console. I completed the main quest line, however, they did not reward me with the Mount Dark Leopard or its armor.

Hello,
I'm trying to log into my Battle.Net account, but there are a couple of issues:
1. I can't remember my password.
2. The mobile number I have on that account is different from the current one I have now.
3. I've lost my authenticator.
I've tried using Battle.Net customer support, but every option requires me to send an authenticator code, which I cannot do because I've lost my authenticator.
I just tried talking with some tech support person through window chat who said they would connect me with a Battle.Net technician, then linked me a form to fill out and send money to. I tried this, but my bank suspects it might be fraud.
I'm in Australia. I've also tried calling US Blizzard, but I can't figure out how to call out of the country. The numbers, code area, etc. do not seem to work.
Please help.

Hi. I was farming tormented beasts in ice for a long time with a party.
I finally got an uber to drop and I was so lucky it dropped two harlequin crests; one had a Ga on max resource. I was so excited I linked it in party chat. When I teleported to town, my game crashed and when I logged back in both ubers were gone. I regrouped with my party and they sent me a screenshot of my items in chat before I disconnected.
Please help, this makes me not want to play with bugs like that. My battle id is KILLAFOXFTW#1398.
I was playing on my season 5 sorc. I have screenshots of what happened for proof.

I am still being billed for a game that I cancelled and uninstalled in November of 2023. Even my bank has been unable to stop these crooks from draining my bank account. As of today's date, Blizzard has managed to extort over $300.00 from my bank account without my permission.

Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently made an accidental purchase of the Golfer Skin for Soldier 76, using 1,000 gold coins.
Unfortunately, I clicked the option twice by mistake and confirmed the purchase because the Yes button was transparent, while the Cancel button was white, and generally perplexed use more captivating colours on the yes option or put a countdown of at least 5 or 6 seconds.
I was quite tired after a long week and just wanted to enjoy a fun gaming session.
I had been looking forward to purchasing the next battle pass, and this situation has been quite frustrating and disappointing for me, since that was one of the main reasons that kept me playing, and might as well stop playing it if this isnt resolved.
I know your policy doesnt generally offer this kind of refund, but I was hoping you could open a exeption since Ive been playing for quite a while and really enjoy the game but will lose motivation to continue playing if I dont find a solution.
I kindly ask if there is any way to reverse this purchase or offer a win-win solution , as this wasnt intentional.I havent even used the skin, and would even accept if you refunded half the coins. I really appreciate your time and understanding.

Have played for years and now they are unreachable. WTH...I paid for yearly fee and can't even log in. Or reach CS . Yeah I'm PISSED!
No way to reach CS. if ya don't have the authenticator you're stuck.
It all evolves around getting the new authenticator..but ya can't use the new one cause ya gotta log in with the old one first, which wont work anymore. Vicious cycle.

The captcha won't let me register my SMS it says I'm "not human". And when I tried to connect my Xbox account (different account from 2019, yes I actually paid for this game) it locked me out even though I reset my passcode.Now I know that I can't connect since it's a different platform, I already figured that out, but to lock me out. Good day! I am writing to request your revision of a decision taken in ticket no.9631****.
I don't know about the gaming world, (as I spent my life in the maritime industry as a Crew Manager, making our seafarer's lives better than I find it) but something I know for sure: I love a man. And this man, is my husband-to-be (we are getting married on 19th Oct) And this man, a loyal man to your work, has dedicated 17 years of his life to playing your hobby - developed game WOW, which lately he was introduced me to. And I loved it too. And although I am not a game fan, I support my future husband's hobbies.
Now, I am not saying what he did or what he didn't because my understanding is limited in this field, and that it is in your only authority to take decision on and I do not have the right to interfere with. All I am humbly asking you to do, is to request a revision for the decision (to ban/ close his account) and to please consider perhaps a temporary ban, like a week, a month, whatever you consider fair, which will for sure make him reconsider and of course learn from a human error.. And I, his future wife, I won't have anything to say further if ever he will break your trust, as you will have then the right to ban his access form everything. It is just sad for me, as the woman who loves her dearest future husband, to know him cut off from his greatest hobby.
It simply hurts. And if there is anything I can do for this, I stand here for him to do. When we first met and he told me about his hobbies, I didn't disagree with it as mostly women would do. I simply accept that at it brings relaxation for him and a way to remove the stress from his work, life, which we all have dealt or are dealing with.
This game is important to him. And I love and support him, this is all I know. A 17 years player is a customer that is loyal to you and all I want is your reconsideration on this. Be just, that's all, and give a chance when asked for it.
We all do wrong sometimes, and if we were to be really judged, we would all be grateful to receive a reconsideration.. Now, I will leave it to God to guide and may you wisely decide that how exactly your heart will say and may you do.
But please, if you have a way to do good, and if there is anything I can do about, do let me know and I will. With most humble intention, Maryam.

My phone is broken and the phone number associated with the account is not in use anymore. Why remove the option to reset password from email?
And when i type correct password i need to use Authenticator.. really *** stupid!
