New Reviewerhave tried to go through your website on resolving getting into my account, That I pay for every month. My authenticator is no longer viable serial number_***.
You send emails back with ID case number. When i try to go to that ID, your site says old or invalid. I now have 3 case numbers ***, ***, ***, and ***. because NONE work!

Your customer service is very poor with not being able to talk to a person. And your ID tickets being invalid.
I have been a player since *** and I would hate to cancel now. But, if I am not able to get on my account I see no other choice than to cancel.
User's recommendation: BEWARE. They don't seem to care about long time loyal players.
Preferred solution: Back into my account. I like playing the game..
BLIZZARD Pros: Good story line and fun character progression.
BLIZZARD Cons: Can not contact by phone for resolutions to problems.
